Admin Dashboard access and System Settings permissions are required.

This guide explains how to access the user permissions matrix in the TIKS Assure Visitor Management Portal to view an overview of permissions assigned to each user level.

Steps

Step 1: Access System Settings
From the Admin Dashboard, click the System Settings tile.

Step 2: Open System Users
Click the System Users tile to view user management options.

Step 3: View the permissions matrix
Click View Matrix to open the permissions overview.
You will now see a matrix displaying the various permissions assigned to each user level.

Tips

• Use the matrix to compare roles and ensure appropriate access levels.
• If permissions need to be adjusted, return to the user role settings.
• Export or screenshot the matrix for documentation or audit purposes.
