The Visit Induction column displays the validity status of the site induction completed by a visitor or user during sign-in.
Why it matters:
It ensures that all individuals entering the site have completed the required safety or compliance induction, helping maintain site security and regulatory standards.

- Valid: Shows a green highlight with the number of days remaining (e.g., Valid (15 days)).
- Expired: Displays “Expired” in red text. The visitor will be prompted to complete the induction slides during their next sign-in.
- Incomplete: Indicates that the visitor has been pre-registered but has not completed the site induction.
