Who Can Access This Report?

This report is available to Level 2 and Level 3 users.

Purpose of the Report

The System Summary Report provides key statistics and insights related to punches, visitors, and alerts for selected worksite(s). It helps users monitor activity and identify potential issues or trends.

Report Contents

The report includes the following data:

• Date Range – Filter data by specific time periods.
• Punches – Total number of employee punches.
• Visitor Visits – Count of visitor entries.
• Overstay Alerts – Alerts triggered when visitors exceed allowed time.
• BAC Alerts – Blood Alcohol Content alerts.
• Induction Alerts – Alerts related to induction compliance.
• Top 10 Companies Generating Alerts – Companies with the highest number of alerts.
• Top 10 People Generating Alerts – Individuals with the most alerts.
• Excessive Hours Alerts – Alerts for employees working beyond safe limits.
• Gate Alerts – Alerts triggered at site entry/exit points.
