Using the Calendar View for Scheduled Sessions

Learn how to switch from the default list view to the calendar view in the Health & Safety Calendar, filter sessions by criteria and time period, and interact with session cards.
✅ Steps:
Step 1: Open the Health & Safety Calendar screen
By default, the screen displays scheduled sessions in a table format.
Step 2: Switch to calendar view
Click the calendar icon 🗓️ to display sessions in a calendar format.
🔍 How to define which sessions you want to see on the calendar
Step 1: Apply filtering criteria
Use the filter options to narrow down sessions by:
- Session type (e.g., pre-start, toolbox talk, training)
- Location or worksite
Step 2: Select a different time period
Click on the month and year selector 📆 to change the displayed time range.
🗂️ What information you can see for each session in the calendar view
Each session card includes:
- 🏗️ Worksite
- 🧾 Session type
- 📝 Session name
- 📍 Location
- ⏰ Start and end time
- 👥 Booked vs. max attendees
- 🟢🟡🔴 Availability marker (color-coded based on legend)
🛠️ What operations you can do in the calendar view
- ➕ Click Schedule session to add a new session (if you have permission).
- 🖱️ Click on a session card to view or update session details.
