How to apply both global and site-specific policies in TIKS Assure Visitor Management Portal

Summary: This article explains how to upload both a global policy (shown at all sites) and a site-specific policy (shown only at one site) in the TIKS Assure Visitor Management Portal. These policies are presented to users during sign-in.
Steps
Step 1: Upload a global policy
From the dashboard, select the Policies tile.
- Go to Policies for all sites.
- Type the title of the global policy.
- Click Choose file to select the PDF document.
- Click Upload.
The global policy will now appear in the list and be shown to users during sign-in at every site.
Step 2: Upload a site-specific policy
- From the dashboard, go to Policies for [SiteName].
- Type the title of the site-specific policy.
- Click Choose file to select the PDF document.
- Click Upload.
The site-specific policy will now appear in the list and be shown to users during sign-in at that site only.
Tips
- Use clear and distinct titles to differentiate global and site-specific policies.
- Ensure all policy files are in PDF format and under any applicable size limits.
- Test the sign-in flow at multiple sites to confirm both policies appear as expected.
