Who is this article for?Admin users who manage contractor company records in TIKS with Procore integration enabled.
THIS access to the Admin Portal and THESE permissions to manage company invitations are required.
This article explains how company invitations work when TIKS is integrated with Procore, and outlines what actions are automated versus manual.
Details
What it is:
When TIKS is integrated with Procore, contractor companies listed in a project’s Directory in Procore are automatically synced to TIKS under the Records tile.
Why it matters:
This integration streamlines the onboarding process by eliminating the need to manually add contractor companies in TIKS.
Key points
- No need to invite companies manually: Companies already listed in Procore for the site are automatically added to TIKS Records.
- Manual invitation required for Company Administrators: You must manually invite a Company Administrator for each synced company.
- Sync behavior: All companies in the Procore project’s Directory will appear in TIKS under the Records tile.
- Procore-first requirement: Contractor companies must be invited to the project in Procore first. Only then will they sync to TIKS.
- Restriction: You cannot add contractor companies directly into TIKS when Procore integration is active.
