Online Training Access Codes are the online modules that the employee needs to complete for their induction.

To check who still has pending online training for your employees:

1. Select the Employees tab, then click Online Training Access Codes

2. Details will be displayed in a separate box that shows:

• Employee’s Name
• Induction or Training Title
• Access Code
• Created On and Expire On
• URL

3. If the name of the employee appears on this page, it means that he/she hasn’t completed the modules yet.

4. You can either forward the email you received to the employee that says Training to complete or you can copy at least one of the Url designated and send it to the employee (Employee will be prompt to all the online training that is/are still pending to them)

5. For Online Training that got expired, you should be receiving an email notification consisting of the training link. If happened you did not receive or can’t find the email, you can contact one of Damstra’s friendly representatives and request the Online Training Access Code to be generated manually.
