Managing Risk Control Plan settings in Ideagen Workforce Safety
Ideagen Workforce Safety allows users to create and manage templated controls for risk assessments. These templates ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across your organisation.

⚙️ Accessing Risk Control Plan Settings
Log in to your Ideagen Workforce Safety system.
Click the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
Navigate to Settings → expand the Risk section.
Select Risk Control Plan.
📋 Viewing Templated Controls
The register displays all existing templated controls.
From this screen, you can add, edit, or delete controls.
➕ Adding a New Templated Control
Click Add.
Select the Control Type for the new control.
Assign the control to:
Specific Site(s) by searching or scrolling through the Organisational Structure.
All Sites by ticking the Add Control to All Sites checkbox.
Enter the Control Name and Description.
Click Save.
Result: The new control is added to the register and becomes available in Risk Assessment items.
✏️ Editing or Deleting a Control
Locate the control in the register.
Click Actions, then select:
Edit to update the details.
Delete to remove the control.
⚠️ Important Notes
Deleted controls will no longer be available for future risk assessments.
Always confirm before deleting to prevent removing controls still in use.
