Release summary
We have further enhanced the existing audit logs available in Risk Assessments (Standard). The enhancements cover logging changes made to risk assessment records from external systems via APIs (including Forms), as well as when new risks are created in Safety using Common Risks, and when risk controls are updated in My Actions and All Actions screens.
