No special access or permissions are required.

This article explains where you can view all completed lessons on your computer or mobile app.

1. Checking completed lessons

1.1. Web browser

To check completed lessons:

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Results.

The Lesson Results page will display the lesson title, its version, completion date, whether it is an assessment, any CPD points, and notes. Click the ellipsis to show the download certificate option.

1.2. Mobile app

To check completed lessons:

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to the Results menu at the bottom of your screen.

The Lesson Results page will display the lesson title, completion date, and whether it is an assessment.

Note

Certificates can only be downloaded on a web browser. It is not an option in the mobile app.
