Declined Transfer Request with Fee
For Credit Card:
If the Transfer reques t was rejected due to any reason, you can resubmit the request by sending the amended transfer form to service@damstratechnology.com together with the payment receipt for processing. Do not resubmit the request through your portal to avoid a double charge.
For Purchase Order:
If the Transfer request was rejected due to any reason, you can resubmit the request through your Company Portal using the amended Transfer form and PO for processing.
Declined Linked Profile Request
If the Linked Profile request was rejected due to any reason, you can resubmit the request through your Company Portal using the amended Linked Profile request form for processing.
Declined CPB Transfer Request
If the CPB Transfer request was rejected, you can reply to the email thread you initially sent with the amended CPB Transfer form. Damstra will notify you for whatever reason of rejection and needs to comply with.

Damstra Technology will review the request and will take 24-48 hours at most to be completed, but often it will be less. The company contact will receive an email advising when this has been completed. |
