The Visitor Induction Report can be accessed via the left-hand navigation menu by selecting:
Visitors → Visitor Induction Report

This report is available to Level 3 users and provides insights into visitor inductions completed at the selected worksite(s).

Report Sections

1. Worksite Selector

Located at the top-left of the page, this section allows users to choose the worksite for which they want to generate the report.

2. Report Options

Users can customize the report using the following search criteria:

• Date Range:
  There is no restriction on the date range; users can run the report for any time period.

3. Generated Report

Once the report is generated, it will display the following information:

• Induction Date
• Person
• Contact Number
• Company Name
• Logan Type
• Induction Name

Additional Features

• Pagination:
  Use the navigation arrows to move between pages of the report.

• Export Options:
  Click the export button to download the report in Excel or CSV format.
