The mobilisation section displays comprehensive information about employee inductions and registrations on their profile page. You can view worksite assignments, mobilisation status, and important dates in one centralized location.

This feature helps you efficiently manage employee assignments and compliance requirements. You can quickly assess mobilisation status, track expiry dates, and ensure employees meet all necessary requirements before deployment.

- Level 1-3 users can view mobilisation information on employee profiles
- The system displays five key details: worksite, mobilisation name, status, start date, and expiry date
- You can filter mobilisations by status (all, active only, or recent and active)
- Level 2+ users can create new mobilisations and manage existing ones (with appropriate permissions)
- Search functionality helps you quickly locate specific mobilisations
How to use mobilisation tracking
View mobilisation information
- Navigate to the employee profile page
- Locate the mobilisation section
- Review the displayed information:
- Worksite
- Mobilisation
- Mobilisation status
- Start date
- Expiry date
Filter and search mobilisations
- Click All Items to view all mobilisations (active, expired, or cancelled)
- Click Valid items to view only active mobilisations
- Click Valid & recent items to view recent and active mobilisations
- Enter keywords in the search bar (top right) to narrow your results
Manage mobilisations (Level 2+ users)
- Click the
button (top right) to create a new mobilisation
- Note: Available for Level 2+ users with custom permission to add mobilisations
- Click the
button next to requirements to view history or inactivate a mobilisation
- Note: Available for Level 2+ users with custom permission to add mobilisations
View detailed information
- Click ▼ to expand and view additional details and attachments for any mobilisation
- Note: Only Level 2-3 users can collapse skill content and view uploaded attachments
- Click the
button to open the employee's details page in a separate browser tab

Mobilisation requirements
- Requirement name
- Responsible party (Company Name)
- Completion criteria
- Requirement status
- Due date
- Click ▼ to expand and view additional details and attachments for specific requirements
- Note: Only Level 2-3 users can collapse skill content and view uploaded attachments
Training requirements
- Damstra Training: Displays online training requirements based on the selected job title
- Add job title: Click to add a new job title to the mobilisation
- Note: Available for Level 2+ users with custom permissions to edit job titles, and only when the selected worksite allows job title editing
