Scheduling a skills matrix email

Administrators responsible for skills management.
Administrator permissions are required.
This article explains how to schedule a saved skills matrix to be emailed regularly to users, regardless of visibility settings.
Scheduling an email
To schedule a skills matrix email:
- Navigate to Skills matrix.
- Switch to the Saved matrixes tab.
- Click the matrix name to open it.
Alternatively, click Details.
- Switch to the Scheduled email tab.
- Toggle Schedule email for this matrix to On.
- Enter a Subject.
If left blank, the default format will be: Skills title matrix – [Worksite name] – [Matrix name] – [Date]. - Set the Frequency and Time for the email to be sent.
- Choose the Recipients (must be worksite users).
- Add an optional Message if needed.
- Click Update.
You will receive a test sample of the scheduled email. Future emails will follow the selected frequency.
Exported reports now include a Signed by field for print and sign-off purposes. This includes:
- Signature
- Name
- Position
- Date
