This guide explains how to log in to Damstra Forms, whether you're an existing user, waiting for an invite, or setting up a new trial.

✅ If you're already a user

You can log in to Damstra Forms using one of the following methods:

• Google account
• Microsoft account
• Procore
• SAML
• Autodesk
• Damstra TWMS
• Damstra Global
• Registered email address (work or personal)

Options shown below may differ based on your login method. 

What you need to log in:

• Email address: This is the email you used to sign up or the one your administrator used to invite you.
• Password: If you haven’t set a password yet, click the link in your invite email to create one. If you’ve forgotten it, use the Forgot password link to reset it. You’ll receive a reset email from Damstra Forms.

⚠️ You must be online to log in. Once logged in, you can use the app offline.

📨 If your company uses Damstra Forms but you haven’t received an invite

Ask your Damstra Forms Administrator to:

• Add you as a user
• Assign you to the relevant project(s)

🆕 If your company doesn’t use Damstra Forms yet

You or someone at your company can start a free trial:

1. Go to the Damstra Forms trial sign-up page.
2. Complete the form to generate a trial server.
3. Use the trial server URL to log in and start using Damstra Forms immediately.

🌐 What to enter in the "Web URL" field

Use the URL provided in your welcome email. It should look like:

https://company.au.damstraforms.com

Replace "company" with the name chosen by your organization (often your company name or a variation of it).
