This article explains how to upload and configure a screensaver for your Kiosk when it goes idle. This feature is available only to users with Level 1 (Admin) access.

Steps

1. Go to Site Locations
   From your admin dashboard, click on Site Locations.
   
2. Select the site
   Find the relevant site and click the edit pencil icon.
   
3. Open the Screensaver tab
   Navigate to the Screensaver tab within the site settings.
4. Upload your image
   Click to select and upload your image file.
   

Tips

• Image restrictions:
  • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • Maximum number of images: 6
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • Accepted file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png
• Ensure your images are optimized for display and meet the required specifications to avoid upload issues.
