How to set or update the induction validity period in TIKS Assure Visitor Management Portal

Steps
Step 1: Open Site Locations
From the dashboard, click the Site Locations tile to view all configured sites.
Step 2: Edit the relevant site
Locate the site you want to update and click the edit pencil icon to open its settings.
Step 3: Set the induction validity period
In the site edit view:
- Ensure the Induction Enabled checkbox is selected.
- Use the Months induction is valid for dropdown to choose a validity period between 0 and 12 months.
Tips
- Setting the value to 0 months means the induction is required for every visit.
- Setting it to 12 months means the induction is only required once per year.
- Choose a value that aligns with your site's safety and compliance policies.
