Summary: This article explains how to set or update the induction validity period for a site in the TIKS Assure Visitor Management Portal. The validity period determines how often users must complete the induction process.

Steps

Step 1: Open Site Locations
From the dashboard, click the Site Locations tile to view all configured sites.

Step 2: Edit the relevant site
Locate the site you want to update and click the edit pencil icon to open its settings.

Step 3: Set the induction validity period
In the site edit view:

• Ensure the Induction Enabled checkbox is selected.
• Use the Months induction is valid for dropdown to choose a validity period between 0 and 12 months.
  

Tips

• Setting the value to 0 months means the induction is required for every visit.
• Setting it to 12 months means the induction is only required once per year.
• Choose a value that aligns with your site's safety and compliance policies.
