Purpose:
This article explains how to gain permission to send a Form/Action

Issue:
You’ve saved a form and generated the PDF, but the Send option isn’t available.

Cause:
You don’t have the required Send Records permission for the project.

Solution:
To enable the Send option:

1. Confirm your project permissions
   Ask the Project Owner or an Admin User (with Access All Projects rights) to add you as a Project Member.
2. Ensure you have the correct permission level
   You must have at least Send Records permission.
   Alternatively, Edit Project access also includes Send permissions, since permission levels are cumulative.
