Managing Emergency Equipment Facilities Review types in Ideagen Workforce Safety
The Emergency Equipment Facilities Review Types feature in Ideagen Workforce Safety (formerly Damstra Safety) allows you to customize the review type options for emergency equipment facilities within your organization’s structure.
You can access this under:
Risk > Emergency > Checks and Registers > Emergency Equipment Facilities Review.
When creating a review, users must select a review type from a pick-list. This guide explains how to add, edit, and delete these review types.

📂 Accessing Emergency Equipment Facilities Review Types

Log in to your Ideagen Workforce Safety system.

Click the Settings icon and select Settings.
(Icon: ⚙️ Settings) -
Under the Risk section, select Emergency Equipment Facilities Review Types.
➕ Adding a New Review Type

Click the Add button.

Enter the new type name in the free-text field.

Click Save.
✏️ Editing an Existing Review Type

Locate the review type in the register.
-
Click Actions → Edit.

Make the required changes.

Click Save.
🗑 Deleting a Review Type

Locate the review type in the register.
-
Click Actions → Delete.
Important:

You cannot delete a type that is currently associated with any records in:
Risk > Emergency > Checks and Registers > Emergency Equipment Facilities Review. -
If you attempt this, an error will be returned.

To delete, first disassociate all linked records, then retry deletion.
