Troubleshooting login issues in Ideagen Safety
There are several reasons why you may have trouble logging in.
The following checks and resolutions solve the problem in 99% of cases. After completing each step, try logging in again.
1️⃣ Incorrect Password
It might seem obvious, but you may have typed your password incorrectly.
To resolve:
Carefully retype your password and ensure Caps Lock is turned off.
Or, reset your password.
2️⃣ Employment Has Been Ceased
Check if the worker’s Employment Ceased checkbox is ticked. This will block the user from logging into Ideagen Safety.
To resolve:
Open the employee record.
Untick the Employment Ceased checkbox.
Click Save.
3️⃣ Worker Has Been Archived
The employee record attached to the login may have been archived.
To resolve:
Go to the worker register and tick Show Archived People.
Locate the required worker record.
Select Unarchive from the actions dropdown.
4️⃣ Login Has Been Deleted
The login linked to the employee record may have been deleted.
To resolve:
Recreate the login, ensuring it’s attached to the correct employee record or submit a support request.
5️⃣ Employee Not Attached to Login
The worker record may not be correctly linked to the user record.
To resolve:
Find and correctly attach the employee to the login.
