Updating contracted worker's medical records

No elevated permissions are required.
This article explains how to update medical records for an existing worker in Vault, including adding initial, ongoing, and final medical examinations.
1. Before you begin
Ensure you have completed the following prerequisites:
- Learn the fundamentals of using Ideagen Workforce Safety.
- Verify the contracted worker already exists in the Contracted Worker Register.
- Confirm that medical types have been added to Settings.
Note: Although the procedure shown applies to workers in the Worker Register, the same steps apply to contracted workers in the Contracted Worker Register.
2. Initiating the editing process
To begin editing a worker's medical records, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Worker Register or Contracted Worker Register.
- Locate and select the worker whose medical records you want to update.
- Click the Edit button to open the worker's profile.
3. Adding medical examinations
To add medical examination records, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Medical Records section within the worker's profile.
- Select the type of medical examination you want to add (initial, ongoing, or final).
- Enter the required examination details.
- Click Save to record the medical examination.
You can add multiple examination types as needed for the worker's complete medical history.
