How to send a Broadcast SMS

This article guides you through the steps to send a Broadcast SMS to all individuals currently on site. Access is restricted to Level 1 (admin) and Level 2 (SOC) users.

Steps

Step 1: Click the “Broadcast SMS” button
In the top bar of the system interface, click the Broadcast SMS button.

Step 2: Type your message
A text box will appear. Enter the message you want to send.

Step 3: Click “Send”
Click the Send button to broadcast your message to all on-site users.

Access to the Broadcast SMS feature is exclusive to Level 1 (admin) and Level 2 (SOC) users.

• Use clear and direct language, especially during emergencies.
