This article explains how to get started with Digital Forms using both the web app and the iPad mobile app. It includes step-by-step instructions for logging in and setting up your account.

Web Login setup

Follow these steps to access Digital Forms via the web:

1. Open the invitation email
   Locate the email containing your login details. Click the URL provided to begin setting up your account.
2. Create your password
   Follow the prompts to set a secure password.
3. Sign in to the web app
   Use your email and newly created password to log in and start using Digital Forms.

Note:
The web app is primarily intended for office-based users.

iPad app setup

Use these steps to set up Digital Forms on your iPad:

1. Install the app
   Download Damstra Forms from the App Store.
2. Enter the server name
   Retrieve the server name or URL from your invitation email and enter it into the app.
3. Log in to the app
   Use your email address as your username and enter the password you created during web setup.

Note:
The app will perform an initial data download before it’s ready for use. The iPad app is designed for users working on-site.
