We’ve redesigned the Web App to make project navigation and communication more intuitive. The updated interface includes:

• A Project Home dashboard with visual summaries of project activity
• In-app communication with Damstra support
• Contextual help tailored to each section
• A consistent look and feel across web and mobile apps
• A cleaner layout with collapsible left-hand menus

If you're an existing user, you’ll notice a fresh look—but all familiar functionality remains. You’ll just access it through a slightly different navigation flow.

Accessing Project Home

To view a project’s activity:

1. Select a project.
2. Click the Project Home button.
3. Review graphs and summary information about the project.

Managing project administration

Find project administration tools at the bottom of the Project Home screen:

• Project Members
• Lists: Project Lists and WBS
• Templates: Project Templates
• Settings: Sequence Numbers, Properties, and Change Log

Getting help

We’ve added new ways to get support:

Contact Damstra directly

Click the Help button to send us an email from within the app.

Use contextual help

Whenever you see a help icon, click it to get assistance specific to that section.

Access the Support Portal

You can still create support tickets and view existing ones via the Support Portal.

Exporting data

We’ve renamed Reporting Tables to Custom Exports to better reflect their purpose.

• The Export menu appears if your account has export permissions.

Using admin features

Admin functionality now lives under the Admin menu, which appears if your account has admin permissions.
