Release summary
- We have fixed an issue that caused duplication of files attached to Corrective Actions synchronised from Forms into Safety.
- If a parent form such as Observation, Risk Assessment or Compliance was initially entered in Forms and synchronised into Safety, as soon as an update is made to this record in Safety, including any changes to files, comments or Corrective Actions, the original form in Forms will be closed to prevent data conflicts.
