Record type options are configurable settings that define how individual worker records behave and what information is required.
Why it matters:
These options help ensure that workers provide the correct documentation and metadata needed for compliance and site access.
Key points
- Active – Displays the record in the worker’s Records List and marks it as required for compliance.
- Document Upload – Requires the worker (or company) to upload a supporting file for the record.
- Expire Required – Captures the expiry date of the record, such as a license or certification.
- Number/ID Required – Captures a unique identifier like a policy or license number.
- Country Required – Captures the country where the record is recognized or valid.
- State Required – Captures the state or region where the record is recognized or valid.
- Approval Required – Enables admin review and approval of the submitted record. Leave unchecked if no review is needed.
