Summary
If your Safety system is integrated with Forms and EPP, you can now set up a Feedback template in Forms to enable your Forms user register their feedback, which will be then syncronised into Safety for further analysis and processing.
There are a few steps to setting up your Feedback records going to Safety from Forms:
- Synchronise the list of Feedback Categories from Safety into Forms.
- Create your Feedback template in Forms, publish it and make available in the relevant projects.
- Let your Forms users know that they can now enter their feedback in Forms using the new template.
- Once the Forms users start creating their Feedback forms, check the new Feedback records in Safety.
Reference Data: Syncing Feedback Categories to Forms
To ensure seamless flow of Feedback records from Forms to Safety, Forms needs to have a list of Feedback categories that exactly matches the categories in Safety. To ensure that, we have added an ability to synchronise Feedback Categories from Safety to Forms.
- In Safety, go to Settings > Governance > Feedback Category.
- Set up the Feedback Categories as needed. 3.Click the “Sync to Forms” button.
The entries from the Feedback Category register will be exported into the Forms Org List titled “DS Feedback Cat”.
Creating a Feedback template in Forms: Available integration tags
To ensure seamless flow of Feedback records from Forms to Safety, Forms needs to have a list of Feedback categories that exactly matches the categories in Safety. To ensure that, we have added an ability to synchronise Feedback Categories from Safety to Forms.
