Updating your password in the Vendor Admin Portal

Nominated Vendor Administrators who need to access the Vendor Admin Portal and update their password after first-time login.
Administrator permissions are required.
This article explains how a nominated Vendor Administrator can access the TIKS Vendor Admin Portal and update their password after logging in for the first time.
1. Updating your password
To update your password:
- Check your inbox for an invitation email from no-reply@tiks.com.
This email contains your login credentials and a link to the Vendor Admin Portal. - Click the link in the email to open the login page.
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Temporary password.
- Click Login.
- Click My Profile/Profile from the menu.
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Click Update/Save.
