Sections in the Employee details tab:
1. Employee details
This section allows level 3 users to view and manage employee information based on their permissions. It includes the following sub-tabs:
- Details tab: Displays general employee information.
- Employment tab: Shows employment details such as company name, contact number, and address. Level 1–3 users can view this if they have the required permissions.
- Photos section: Allows users to view and upload employee photos. If a photo exists, users can:
- Replace it by clicking Replace photo
- Edit or crop it by clicking Edit this photo
- ID numbers tab: Displays the Damstra ID and other unique identifiers. Users can click a link to learn more about customizing or adding identifiers.
- Change history tab: Shows a log of changes made to the employee profile.
Note:
- Only level 3 users can view privacy-sensitive employment details.
- Company details appear only if the user is a site contact assigned to a single worksite.
2. Diary notes
This section allows level 3 users to view and manage diary notes for an employee. Access is filtered by worksite and requires users to re-enter their login credentials.
Displayed information includes:
- Organisation/Worksite
- Entered by
- Note
- Date added
Note:
- Click the Add diary note button to create a new entry.
- If the employee profile is linked to another, the top summary will show:
- Employee name and ID number
- Company name
