Links from Safety to synchronised forms in Forms
To indicate that a Compliance record, Observation or Event came to Safety from Forms, the details of the record in Safety will now show a link to the original form that captured the data. This will not only indicate the origin of the data but will also allow the Safety user to go to the source directly, if they have a valid Forms account with an appropriate level of access.
In a similar way, for actions that are linked to Compliance records, Observations or Events, Safety will show links to the Actions register in Forms where Forms users can access these actions. This will happen regardless of whether an action originated in Safety or in Forms because Actions are fully synchronised between the two systems.
Dates for files & URLs added to Safety Observations, Compliance and Events
In Compliance items, Observations and Events, as well as their linked corrective actions, Safety will now capture and display the “Added on” dates for attached files and URLs. This will provide users with a better timeline of when the data was captured in the system.
Note that this data will only be available for the files and URLs added to the system after the installation of this release and so for all earlier attachments this column will show “Not available”.
Māori language
Safety now proudly promotes and supports te reo Māori. Users can switch Safety interface to Māori language using the usual ways: in User Authorisation records, from the logged-in user menu and so on.
