This article walks you through the process of installing a replacement printer.

1. Preparation

You will need the following components and tools to complete this install:

• Terminal key
• Printer
• Philips Head Screwdriver

2. Installation

To install the printer:

1. Turn off all power to the terminal.
2. Open the Terminal Cabinet printer drawer.

3. Disconnect the power cable and USB cable from the back of the printer.

4. Unscrew the screw located on the bottom of the printer drawer.

5. Remove the printer and replace it with the new printer, lining it up with printer the sticker tray and the screw hole on the bottom of the printer.
6. Screw the screw back into the printer, taking care not to screw it in too far as this will damage the printer.
7. Please lock the terminal up and power up the terminal, replace the sticker roll align it on the roller and after closing the lid press the button to feed.
8. Contact us so that the printer can be remotely configured.

3. Returning components

Please arrange to ship the replaced components to:
