Installing a printer replacement

This article walks you through the process of installing a replacement printer.
1. Preparation
You will need the following components and tools to complete this install:
- Terminal key
- Printer
- Philips Head Screwdriver
2. Installation
To install the printer:
- Turn off all power to the terminal.
- Open the Terminal Cabinet printer drawer.
- Disconnect the power cable and USB cable from the back of the printer.
- Unscrew the screw located on the bottom of the printer drawer.
- Remove the printer and replace it with the new printer, lining it up with printer the sticker tray and the screw hole on the bottom of the printer.
- Screw the screw back into the printer, taking care not to screw it in too far as this will damage the printer.
- Please lock the terminal up and power up the terminal, replace the sticker roll align it on the roller and after closing the lid press the button to feed.
- Contact us so that the printer can be remotely configured.
3. Returning components
