"Overdue" flag and filter in the Events register

In an earlier Safety release we introduced a flag "LATE" in the Events register as a trial. We have now finalised this functionality as an "Overdue" flag.

You can use the "Overdue" flag and a corresponding filter in the Events register. It flags Events with a standard investigation or a corrective action that is not yet completed but has its Due Date in the past. 

The flag is not displayed for completed Events.

You can hover your mouse over that flag, and the system will show you the exact reason why the event is flagged as overdue.

"Only show workers with responsibilities" filter in Workers and Other Person Type registers

After resolving performance issues encountered by some users, we have re-enabled the filter "Only show workers with responsibilities" in the Workers register and other person type registers. When applied, this filter shows only the Workers that have at least one responsibility listed in their Responsibilities tab.

Print action in Observations

We have added a Print action in the Observations register. It produces a standard printout of the individual Observation record.

Report type in Events > Print

We have also added a "Report Type" option in the screen that pops up when the users print an individual Event from the register view. By default this option is set to "Initial" but can be changed to "Full". Previously, the Print action in the register could only print an initial Event report.
