Purpose

Use the Diagram control to embed images or PDF files into a form template. This allows you to display visual references such as engineering diagrams, risk matrix, or legislative documents directly within the form.

What it does

The Diagram control enables template administrators to insert:

• Images (JPG or PNG format)
• PDF files

These visuals help users better understand the context or requirements of the form they are completing.

How it appears to users

When users fill out a form:

• Images display at a standard size. Users can click or tap the image to view it in full size.
• PDFs appear as clickable hyperlinks. The link uses the filename and opens the PDF in a viewer.

How to add a Diagram control

In the Template Editor

1. Open the form template in the Template Editor.
2. Drag the Diagram control from the left panel onto the form or double-click it to add it to the end.
3. Then in the field Settings, add your image/PDF into the allocated area. Diagram fields with image file and PDF file added
