Key changes
Enhancements to the Multiple Supervisors functionality
In an earlier release we provided an ability for a Worker (or Contractor Worker, if your Safety system has the relevant feature enabled) or an Event to have multiple Supervisors. Current release enhances this functionality as follows:
- Multiple supervisors are now allowed for Supplier Issue (SSR) Events and Food Safety Events
- When an Event (including SSR and Food Safety) or Risk is added via a VForms portal, all Involved Person's Supervisors will get notification emails
Synchronising Safety's Organisational Structure to Forms
Many objects in Safety are linked to Sites in the Organisational Structure. Across a few future releases, we will be progressively rolling out the functionality that will allow creating objects in Safety (such as Events, Risk Assessments, etc.) by filling in respective forms in Forms. In preparation to this, current release establishes an ability to synchronise Safety's Organisational Structure to Forms. As a result, users working with Forms will be able to see and select the Sites in the Organisational Structure that will map directly back to Safety.
Enhancements to Organisational Structure linking for Contractor Companies
Certain objects (e.g. Contractor Workers, Contractor Companies, Events) can be linked to a red level in the Organisational Structure. This release includes enhancements that will ensure that:
- If an object is linked to a red level that has no blue child sites, then it will now be visible in the relevant register.
- When a user is linking an object (e.g. Person, Contractor Company, Event) to the Organisational Structure, red levels that do not have blue child sites will now be visible.
