Key changes

Responsibilities > Risk Accountable Person

In Workers > Responsibilities tab, a new section "Risk Accountable Person" has been added. It lists all Risk Assessments where the Worker is nominated as an Accountable Person.

Clients who use the Risk Assessment WHS module should note that this section includes responsibilities related to both standard Risk Assessments and the WHS ones.

Reassignment of responsibilities in this section works in the same way as in the other sections.

"Subject" filter in All Events report

In the "Events Register - All Events" report available via menu Governance > Reports users can now use a new filter "Subject".

Please note that this filter is only available if the "Subject" field in the Events register is a drop-down rather then a free-type text field. This is controlled via Settings (option Settings > General > Options and Preferences > Show Dropdown List for Incident Subject).

"Other Person Types" can be Preparers of Multiple Risk Assessments

For the clients who have the "Other Person Types" feature enabled, a person of any type can now be a Preparer of a Multiple Risk Assessment.

"Other Person Types" can be added to Notification and Escalation groups

For the clients who have the "Other Person Types" feature enabled, a person of any type (except for Third Party) can now be added to Notification and Escalation groups.
