This article outlines the changes made in the 10.1.2 DS release, available from 6 November 2025, which focused on plant and equipment record improvements.
1. Features
Subcategories for plant and equipment records
Plant and equipment records can now have a subcategory as well as a category.
Configuration
To configure these:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Assets.
- Go to the Plant/Equipment Categories screen.
Application
You can apply a subcategory when adding or editing a plant and equipment record.
Filtering
You can also filter the plant and equipment register by subcategory.
Maintenance intervals as running time
Maintenance intervals can now be based on running time rather than just a usage date period.
Maintenance records shown on the Maintenance tab also reflect this change.
