Administrators troubleshooting users who forgot or didn’t receive their login.

Administration access is required.

You can resend login details to a system user who has not received or forgotten their credentials.

1. Resending login details

To resend login details:

1. Go to the Admin Dashboard.
2. Click the System Settings tile.

3. Click the System Users tile.

4. Locate the system user's name in the list.
5. Click Resend Login in the Action column.

Note

The user may need to check their junk or spam email folders if the email appears to have not been received.
