Who is this article for?
Employees who need to view and action mobilisation requirements that have been forwarded to them by their company.
The Task tab shows mobilisation requirements that have been forwarded to you to complete. These are items your company or worksite requires you to action — such as uploading a document or qualification — before your mobilisation can be finalised.
1. Viewing your tasks
- Tap Task in the bottom navigation bar.
Each task card displays:
- The task name describing what needs to be completed
- The Due date (if one has been set)
- The date it was Forwarded to you
- What job title or mobilisation it is Required for
2. Actioning a task
- Tap the arrow on a task card to open it.
- Follow the instructions to complete the requirement — this will typically involve uploading a document or filling in required details.
- Submit the task. It will be sent for verification by the worksite.
Tasks are forwarded to you across all worksites — they are not limited to a single site. Use the Filters option at the top of the screen to filter by due date if you have multiple tasks to work through.
