Workers- Profile
Who is this article for?
Workers who need to view their compliance profile, check their mobilisation status, and manage their skill records and qualifications on mobile.
The Profile tab gives you a comprehensive view of your compliance profile. From here you can check your mobilisation status, view skill records, upload new qualifications, and see your worksite access, job titles, and crew assignments.
1. Profile overview
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
The top of the Profile screen shows:
- Your name, photo, Damstra ID, and Company
- A count of your Worksite access, Job Titles, and Crews — tap any of these to view the full list
Below this, two tabs give access to the main areas of your profile: Mobilisations and Skill records.
You can filter your mobilisations by Organisation or Status using the dropdowns at the top of the Mobilisations tab. This is useful if you work across multiple worksites or organisations.
2. Viewing your mobilisations
The Mobilisations tab lists all your mobilisations across every worksite. Each mobilisation shows its name and a status indicator — green for valid, orange for attention required.
To view the details of a mobilisation:
- Tap the chevron on a mobilisation to expand it.
- You can see the Status, Start date, and Expiry date.
- Tap Details to view the full list of requirements for that mobilisation.
The requirements detail screen groups requirements into four categories:
| Not complete | Requirements that are outstanding and need to be actioned. |
| Awaiting verification | Requirements you have submitted that are being reviewed by the worksite. |
| Complete | Requirements that have been verified and are currently valid. |
| Due now | Requirements that have expired or are due for renewal immediately. |
3. Viewing your skill records
Tap the Skill records tab to view all qualifications and skills on your profile.
Each skill record displays its name, skill code, and a status icon:
- Green tick — the skill is valid
- Orange exclamation mark — the skill requires attention (e.g. expiring or invalid)
Tap a skill to expand it and view additional details including when it was added to your profile, its skill category, unique ID, and version history.
4. Editing a skill record
To update an existing skill record:
- Tap the skill record to expand it.
- Tap Edit on the skill to open the edit form.
- Update the Start Date, Expiry Date, Level, or Note as required.
- Tap the upload area to attach a new file — you can take a photo, choose from your gallery, or upload a document.
- Tap Update to submit the changes for verification.
Edited skill records are sent for verification by the worksite. The skill status will update to Awaiting verification until the worksite reviews and approves the change.
5. Uploading a new qualification
To add a new qualification to your profile:
- Tap the Upload button at the top of the Qualifications list.
- Select the Qualification from the dropdown list.
- Tap the upload area to attach the document — you can take a photo, choose from your gallery, or select a file.
- Enter the Start Date and Expiry Date.
- Tap Send for verification to submit.
