Completing prequalification requirements
Who is this article for?
Company users responsible for completing a prequalification.
Worksite invite is required.
This article explains how to complete all required steps for a prequalification, including payment, questionnaire, and document uploads.
1. Accessing a prequalification
To access a prequalification:
- Go to Company management.
- Select Client Prequalification Queue.
- Select View from the queue.
Your prequalification moves through different sections as you progress.
When you start completing requirements, it moves from Invited to In progress
After submission, it moves to In verification
The company accountholder receives a notification if clarification or additional information is needed.
2. Completing requirements
If a worksite requires both an organisation-wide prequalification and a worksite-specific prequalification, both requirements must be fully completed and approved before any employees can be mobilised to the site.
2.1. Payment
To process the payment:
- Click Proceed to Payment.
- Review details.
- Select a payment method.
You can pay using either a credit card or purchase order. - Enter payment details.
- Click Pay.
2.2. Questionnaire
To complete the questionnaire:
- Click the Complete questionnaire button.
- Review the disclaimer.
- Click Next.
- Complete all required fields in the questionnaire.
- Click Complete.
2.3. Documents
To upload required documents:
- Navigate to the Documents section.
Important
If there are multiple document requirements, you must upload and send each one for verification.
3. Submitting a prequalification
To submit your prequalification:
- Click Submit on the prequalification page.
- Review the declaration.
- Toggle Confirmation to Yes.
- Click Submit to proceed.
