Worksite users responsible for completing a prequalification.

No special access or permissions are required.

This article explains how to invite a registered company to complete the prequalification process.

1. Inviting a company

Only companies that are registered in Ideagen Workforce Safety can be invited to complete the prequalification process.

To invite a company:

1. Go to the Company Prequalification Queue page.
2. Click Invite company.

3. Choose a company from the Select Company dropdown.
4. Select a Company Prequalification Type.
5. Enter a Reason for selecting this prequalification type.
6. Give the company a Star Rating.
7. Enter a Rationale for Rating.
   These two fields are visible only to the worksite and will not be shown to the company.
8. Select Send invitation to proceed.

The company will be notified via email.
