Requesting clarification on prequalification submissions
Who is this article for?
Worksite users responsible for completing a prequalification.
Worksite access is required.
The Request Clarification feature allows worksite to communicate specific issues with company submissions such as missing details, unclear responses, or document inconsistencies without immediately rejecting them.
This article explains how you can use it to request clarification.
1. Requesting clarification
To request clarification:
- Go to the Review Prequalification page.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Request clarification.
- Click New Clarification.
- Draft the clarification Message.
- Attach Support Documents if needed.
- Click Send Clarification.
You can click View clarification responses to check the clarification request's details and response.
