Worksite access is required.

Grace periods temporarily maintain a company's prequalification validity after a questionnaire item expires, preventing the company from moving to Attention Required and interrupting active workflows.

This article explains where you can add a grace period.

1. Adding a grace period

To add a grace period:

1. Go to the Company Prequalification Queue.
2. View the company's prequalification in the Accepted section.
3. Browse to the expiring document or question.
4. Select No grace period.

5. Untick the No grace period box.

6. Enter the grace period duration.

7. Click Update to extend the validity date.

2. Removing a grace period

To remove a grace period:

1. Go to the Company Prequalification Queue.
2. Locate the questionnaire item.
3. Select the number of days in the Grace Period column.

4. Tick the No grace period tickbox.

The questionnaire item reverts to its original expiration date.
