The Plant & Equipment web application has been updated with a refreshed interface that aligns with the modern Workforce Safety design and the broader Ideagen platform. The update focuses on visual consistency and usability — the way the application works has not changed.

Note: No configuration changes are required. All your existing plant records, compliance data, and settings are unaffected by this update.

What has changed

The reskin brings Plant & Equipment in line with the Workforce Safety design system, introducing cleaner layouts, updated typography, and a navigation style consistent with the rest of the platform.

Navigation and header

The top navigation bar now uses the Ideagen teal, matching the header style across Workforce Safety. Menu items, your account options, and the Logout control remain in the same positions.

Search Plant Database panel

The Search Plant Database panel retains all existing filters — search term, Hire Status, and Archived — with refreshed styling that improves readability and input clarity.

Plant lists and status indicators

The Plant requiring review and Recently Modified Plant sections have been restyled with updated section headers, improved table spacing, and clearer status indicators. Status labels such as Missing Requirements remain colour-coded and in the same column positions as before.

What has not changed

All existing functionality is unchanged by this update. In particular:

1. All plant records, asset numbers, and compliance data are preserved.
2. Search filters and search behaviour are identical.
3. User roles and permissions are unaffected.
4. Plant review workflows and status rules have not changed.
5. Integrations and any configured automations continue to operate normally.
