Minor/enhancement, driven by improvements to company search and prequalification document handling. No customer action required.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where attachments could not be uploaded in the mobile app.
• Fixed an issue where certain companies could not be found when searching to send company emails.
• Fixed issues in the document expiry reminder log on the Company Prequalification Queue.
• Fixed an issue where the Company Details page crashed with a generic error when a company request failed.
• Fixed an issue where worksite users saw a "not found" error on Company Details for companies with no inducted employees at the site.
• Fixed an issue that allowed a prequalification with document-type questions to be submitted when required files were missing.
• Fixed an issue where a job title could be left inactive after a draft was started against it, with no way to reactivate it. Job titles now reactivate correctly when a draft against them is activated.
• Fixed a recurring issue causing duplicate licence fee purchases for workers.
• Fixed an issue where a parent competency could show as "Never expires" despite a child skill having a defined expiry date.
• Fixed an issue where inactive companies could appear in Company Timecards.
• Fixed an issue preventing worksite users from adding skills.
• Fixed an issue where no employees appeared when selecting a replacement card.
• Fixed an issue where a job title's requirement status could show a required document, such as a worker competence/declaration form, as incomplete even after it had been completed and verified.

• Fixed an issue where the embedded Learning Player did not render responsively on mobile viewports.
• Released hotfix 1.12.5 for Ideagen Learning.
• Released hotfix 1.12.6 for Ideagen Learning.

Excluded as internal-only (no general customer-facing change): Veracode security vulnerability remediation, and internal groundwork adding computed columns for database joins. Also excluded (from Ideagen Learning): a client billing-plan change (account-specific), the Learning Mazlan Home migration (operational), a Sonar code-duplication cleanup, and an AI development harness setup.

• Fixed an issue where a module's timer setting could persist after being set to zero and republished.
• Released hotfix 1.12.4 for Ideagen Learning.

Excluded as internal-only (no general customer-facing change): a Worker Allocation proxy/CSP update tied to an internal API migration. Also excluded: two "investigate" items with no confirmed shipped change. Also excluded (from Ideagen Learning): a Sonar code-smell cleanup, a library adoption and internal launcher restyle, two tenant migrations to Mazlan Home, and one customer's plan upgrade (account-specific, not a general product change).

• Added a kiosk integration supporting worker sign-in/sign-out, visitor registration, and induction status write-back for sites using an integrated time-and-attendance kiosk.

• You can now search the Company Prequalification Queue by company ID, making it faster to locate a specific company's record.
• Updated the forklift training/skill templates in Workforce Safety.
• Alert notifications can now be delivered to Mazlan Home users.

• Resolved an issue where some user synchronisation retries could loop unnecessarily when a username conflict was detected.
• Fixed an issue with how email addresses containing a "+" character were handled.
• Fixed an issue where some integration touchpoints between Workforce Safety and Mazlan Home were not working correctly.
• Fixed an issue where the top navigation menu to Mazlan Home did not list all available return links.
• Fixed an issue on the Company Prequalification Queue where the tier name was missing from the tier awareness warning when inviting a company.
• Fixed an issue where new users created at a Mazlan Home-integrated worksite did not have the correct app selected or enabled by default.
• Fixed an issue where a company's prequalification could incorrectly show a status of "attention required" after being accepted with no questionnaires attached.
• Fixed an issue where the requirements count on the Job Title Configuration page was incorrect.
• Fixed an issue where requirement totals did not refresh correctly after a change.
• Fixed an issue where payment reminder information was incorrectly displayed for free prequalification invites.
• Fixed an issue where saving a lesson-scheduling group rule could duplicate its assigned items, such as mobilisations or inductions.
• Fixed an issue that prevented a lesson-scheduling group rule from being disabled.
• Fixed an issue where mobilisation induction-set grouping could allocate a group ID that clashed with another set.
• Fixed an issue where changing the mobilisation type on a duplicated job title also changed the original job title.
• Fixed an issue where adding a requirement to a job title draft could split it into two rows with incorrect counts.
• Fixed an issue where employee medical records did not correctly account for expiry when displayed.
