Customising platform branding
Who is this article for?
Administrators who want to customise the platform with their organisation’s branding.
Admin or Owner role is required.
This article shows how to personalise the Ideagen Learning platform and login page by uploading your organisation’s logo, selecting custom colours, and setting a branded web address.
1. Custom address
You can create a branded login URL for your platform, which will appear by default when users first log in.
To set a custom address:
- Navigate to Admin.
- Select Configuration from the list.
- Go to General Settings (under Platform).
- Change the Web Address value.
- Click Save.
To change the web address after setup, raise a ticket with us.
2. Custom logo
You can add a custom logo, which will appear on the login screen, the header, and in the certificates generated by the platform.
To set a custom logo:
- Navigate to Admin.
- Select Configuration from the list.
- Scroll down to User Interface (under Platform).
- Upload your Logo.
- Click Save.
Use high-resolution images for logos and backgrounds to maintain visual quality.
3. Custom login background
You can change the login background, which will appear throughout the platform interface.
To set a custom logo:
- Navigate to Admin.
- Select Configuration from the list.
- Scroll down to User Interface (under Platform).
- Upload a background image.
Alternatively, you can select a colour using the colour picker. - Click Save.
