Editing session details
Who is this article for?
Administrators and Instructors who need to update session details for instructor-led training.
Admin or Instructor role is required.
This article explains how to make minor adjustments to an existing Instructor-Led Training session, including changing the number of available places, updating the instructor, adding notes, or canceling the session.
1. Editing session details
To edit session details:
- Go to Manage.
- Select Sessions.
- Click More Options next to a session.
- Select Details.
Alternatively, click the session date link. - Update the Number of places available.
This increases or decreases the number of trainee slots. If the number of registered trainees exeeds the new limit, registrations will still be accepted. - Update the Instructor assignment.
- Add or update Session notes.
- If needed, Cancel the session entirely.
- Click Save.
