Understanding the people on site report page in EPP

This article explains how to access and use theĀ People on SiteĀ report in Workforce Management. Users with access levels 1ā3 can view real-time and recent activity of contractors, visitors, permanent staff, and crews for selected worksites.
Steps:
Step 1: Access the People on Site report
From the left-hand navigation menu, go toĀ Worksite ā People on Site.
2. Use the report tabs
On Site Now
View real-time data for contractors, visitors, permanents, and alerts.
Displayed information:
- Full Name (click to open employee profile in a new tab)
- Damstra Badge ID
- Employee Type
- Alert
- Company Name
- Location (Terminal)
- In-Punch Timestamp
Tools available:
- Click download button to export the report to PDF, Excel, or CSVĀ
- Click Search Terminals Bar to apply terminal filtersĀ
- ClickĀ RefreshĀ to update the report
Crew on Site
Monitor crew activity in real time.
Displayed information:
- Crew List (with total number of people on site)
- Expand crew view to see: Ā
- Members on Site
- Members Off Site
Tools available:
- Export reportĀ
- Use theĀ Search BarĀ to find keywords
- Click the arrows to find the next matchĀ
- Navigate pagesĀ
- ClickĀ RefreshĀ to update the report
Recent Alerts
View real-time alerts triggered by people on site.

- Alert Type (Learn more about alert types)
