Generate the gate and door access in EPP

š Summary
This article explains how to access and use theĀ Gate and Door accessĀ report in Workforce Management. Users with access levels 1ā3 can view entry and exit activity of employees through secure gates and doors at selected worksites.
Steps:
Step 1: Access the Gate and Door logs report
From the left-hand navigation menu, go toĀ Access Control ā Gate and Door Access.
2. Set report search criteria
Customize your report using the following filters:
- Date Range: No limit on the date range
- Employees to Include: Select one or more employees from one or more companies and crew (optional)
- Access State: Filter by access status (optional)
3. View the generated report
The report displays the following information:
- Date
- Employee Name
- Badge Number
- Company Name
- Location
- Crew
- Time
- Access Status
Tools available:
- Click theĀ ExportĀ button to download the report in Excel or CSV format
- Use theĀ Search BarĀ to find specific entries by typing keywords
- Click theĀ Next MatchĀ button to jump to the next keyword match
- Use theĀ NavigationĀ buttons to move between report pages
