Administrators who need to update the visual thumbnail for a lesson.

Admin or Editor role is required.

This article explains how to change the thumbnail image for a lesson in Ideagen Learning Editor to help users visually identify lessons more easily.

1. Changing a thumbnail

To change a thumbnail:

1. Go to Manage.
2. Select Lessons.
3. Open the lesson you want to update.

4. Click Edit Draft.
5. Click the Pencil icon.

6. Upload a new thumbnail.
   You can Browse to select an image or drag and drop it onto the modal.
7. Click Save.

After saving, publish the lesson to apply the new thumbnail.
